FULL DESCRIPTIONS:

Our company is looking for the qualified Clerk to start working urgently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have Matric / Grade 12
• Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in short term insurance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:  

• Must be Computer literate
• Must have advanced skills in Excel
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be deadline driven, good organising and planning skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To perform general administrative duties
• To prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
• Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
• To maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
• To prepare claim reports.
