Our company is looking for the qualified Merchandiser to start working urgently.

Must have good knowledge of merchandising policies and procedures in retail environment
Must have strong coaching, administrative skills, excellent product knowledge and passion for Agriculture products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To define, design and implement a merchandising strategy
Visiting retail stores to ensure that stock is packed on shelves according to guidelines
Ensuring that displays are neat and according to company standards
To act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
To change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
To liaise with suppliers and source elements
